Excellent company. I hadto order extra timber and rhey added it to my original order. Scheduled for a Friday but came early on a Wednesday. Good prices free delivery over 100 pound. Have used before and will continue to use. Great service.

Not in stock. Not told when order placed, not in stock. Not delivered this week (as promised). No word as to when it WILL be delivered. Didn't reply or acknowledge my email. Hard to see how they could have done much worse...

Ordered my item online but for some reason my order went into the companies junk folder. Waiting for a confirmation email to say i could collect but it wasn't going to happen. Had to phone to ask what was going on. However it was sorted straight away. Good service from the yard staff but ordering needs addressing.

Afternoon, looked into your orders, you pre ordered your goods on 20th for delivery 30th or 31st of the month, both were delivered on time in full as requested. The review requests are sent out shortly after the orders are placed, you could have waited until the day of delivery to review? Anyway hope the goods are to your liking.

Excellent quality topsoil at a competitive price, I would certainly buy again. Delivery was prompt and the driver very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3/5 score for shipping is based on the fact that I had no choice in delivery date and no indication as to what time the topsoil would arrive, so I had to set aside a whole day to await delivery. However, I am very pleased with the product.
