I did not receive my items to date after more than 3 weeks of ordering.
At least a communication that I can receive a refund would be reassuring.

Dear customer,
We are sincerely sorry for the delay of your parcel which, as explained by e-mail on 16/08, is currently undergoing customs formalities in Switzerland.
A refund will be considered if the carrier confirms the loss of the parcel, which is not currently the case. A request is being made to Colissimo to speed up the process. We will get back to you as soon as possible to give you more precise answers. Thank you once again for your understanding.

Following our exchanges, your parcel was delivered to the post office on 1/07 and we can no longer ask the carrier for a new delivery.
We have suggested that you pick it up so that you don't waste any more time and can enjoy our products. Compensation has been offered for this misdirection by the carrier, who did not respect our delivery conditions.
