The item was delivered but when I don't know as it was left in the garden and I eventually found it 6 days after your notice of shopping and soaking wet. But the plastic wrap saved it
Whoever delivered the package left no message to let me know so very unsatisfactory service on their part.

Thank you for your feedback, when an order is dispatched you get an email with a tracking number attached. Your order was posted on 20/1 and delivered on 22/1 - the tracking describes it as being delivered to your designated safeplace, if this is not suitable for you, you would need to look into changing it. I only have one problem, the plastic bag wrapping. A paper or cardboard envelope please. Otherwise all good.

Thank you for the feedback, we use recycled plastic bags and all our internal plastic bags are reused from our yarn production. Unfortunately mail from/to Shetland sits outside in the Royal Mail Depot in Glasgow and many parcels are damaged when packed in paper - this is what we have been told by our postie.
