Needed this for a job, as you do!
Chased it and they said lost in the post. Would send a replacement.
Chased that and they said out of stock. Turns out they never had it and I never got it.
Had to pay through the nose to get some at short notice for the Job.
Would not compensate me.
Wouldn't have been so bad if they had kept me properly informed so I could have bought elsewhere in time.
Wouldn't rely on them, as they dropped me right in it despite ordering in plenty of time.

Order out of stock when required i was informed when new stock arrived delivered next day well done.

I don’t know if it works yet but it was well packaged and arrived on time. Also about the only place I could get hold of this item at such short notice. Local builders merchants and plumbers merchants don’t have it in stock.

Been waiting a week for a reply to let me know where the rest of the order has gone? Not received pack A or B and had to purchase from another supplier to get the job done. Very unhappy so far..waiting!!!

Product was quickly despatched and received in excellent condition exactly as described.

My shower arrived very quickly is just as described on line and at a very good price. Brilliant service.

Excellent service had this hot tap before and was very good and easy to fit.

The product was shipped and arrived very quickly, however it was faulty when arrived and we then had to go through a lengthy returns procedure.

Extremely competitive price and prompt delivery. Toilet seat was well packaged. It looks great, sturdy hinges, but not sure yet if it may mark easily. We shall see.
