The Croofthouse kit arrived quickly. I did add a special request because I wanted an extra ball of the background colour for the hat but it wasn't possible to find out the exact colour before I ordered. I expected that they would email me if they needed clarification but they didn't do that they replaced another ball in my order with the extra background colour so I had an email / phone exchange to sort it out, this was done promptly and they didn't charge extra for the postage.

Yarn is perfect. I thought it arrived without the pattern but found it sandwhiched between recycled cardboard taped together. It would be helpful to lable what otherwise looks like packing reinforcement with a note: pattern inside.
