Item ordered between Christmas ne New Year, and although I'd only paid standard shipping, the shower arrived the very next day, which cannot be faulted - great service!

Delivery within time and undamaged. Only rated 3* for merchandise as one of the filters was not in a plastic sealed bag and had no information leaflet. I would consider using this supplier again. Ordered online so can't comment on customer service.
