I'm still waiting on feedback from customer service ( a week), they indicated order had been cancelled because the product being sold wasn't has specified but have still taken payment, I then received an email informing me that an order (I assume the product specified on the web page) had been dispatched, a week later and nothing has been delivered (and I paid for next day delivery). Still waiting for feedback to understand what is happening??

Ordered this beginning of last week and postage stage 2-3 days delivery. over a week has passed and it finally arrived yesterday. Tried to make contact to chase this item and was directed to a mobile voicemail, An e-mail was sent - never had a response. Item works fine.

Very pleased with the filter. I had no dealings with the customer service as far as I remember but I had expected the filter a day earlier.

The reasoning for the order arriving on the day it did was due to us dispatching the unit on the Monday as we did not dispatch orders on weekends at the time.

Excellent service. The item was out of stock but the company kept me informed and the item arrived shortly after the update. The tap is of very good quality and indeed I have now fitted 2 of them!

I ordered a shower pump, they sent a totally different item, I paid £9 to get it next day and finally got correct pump 5 days later.
