I only give 3/5 on shipping due to the delay caused by the actual postal service. Not the time of dispatch nor quality of packaging from Tamarack. However an extra not on the website would help.. All down to Corona virus!!

Don't really know about customer service but transaction was easy and fast.

Item itself needed some work(removing the screw ,sanding down the wood,and sharpening the edge of the head)Maybe some kind of quality control should be employed.
However having addressed tomahawk,s shortcomings,am reasonably satisfied with my purchase.

Item arrived damaged and when I wrote to explain the issue and send them back I was told I was mistaken. The item was replaced but only after having my intelligence insulted. I bought 3 items from smaller companies recently in order to support them financially during this crisis and every item had an issue. I'll be ordering with Amazon from now on.

Very pleased with Tamarack Outdoors. The price was good and the transaction was straight forward. Delivery could have been quicker but I think it's likely the over run mail services were the reason during this covid-19 lockdown and not Tamarack. I will definitely be making more purchases from this site.
