Excellent customer service would really happily recommend. However, item not as shown on Aqualisa’s own packaging and therefore we had to return it as it was to match an existing item. The arms screwing into the wall do not like like the picture and we would have needed to drill mew holes in the tiles. Staff could not have been more helpful.

I am happy with my purchase. The item wasn't available elsewhere. It was fitted by plumber without problem. Can't tell about reliability/quality as it was just fitted.

The service from Plumb 2 was faultless but the water softener was faulty.
Monarch are sending a tradesman but not until 4th August.
I wish they were as prompt as Plumb 2 !!

We got a message to say the order was shipped for next day delivery when in fact it was not even in stock. Refund arranged .It was difficult yo get through yo somebody and it required several calls and email.

Excellent service, the only issue is that I ordered the wrong model . Plumb2u said I could return and receive a full refund once I have ordered the correct one.
Changed my order and received the same excellent service .correct model delivered.
The only issue is that I am still waiting for the refund for my 1st order.

Overall a very good experience. Shipping was a bit expensive, but items were heavy and delivery was quick. Would use again.
