Very pleasant to deal with, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
As the item was in stock shipping wasn't required but collection was easy.

Decent service but over a week for delivery of item is some thing not use to is this day and age.

I'm a returning customer for Calmag water filters - right products at a good price. Standard delivery is very prompt and the filters are well packaged - especially the ultra-violet bulb.

The shipping was great, very quick and on time. The merchandise was as expected. Can’t really comment on customer service as never had to interact.

Ordering via website was simple and a straight-forward process. I did like the option of being able to collect my item in-person, from the store that is closest to me. Originally, I wanted a different item, but it was out-of-stock across the UK by the manufacturers. I was quickly informed of this by the Customer Care team and Martin was especially helpful with explaining the options available – In the end, I opted for the refund and this was quickly processed.

Item is great but the customer support was very slow and poor. Delivery took ten days and the delivery person was very rude and ignorant. My whole experience was rubbish and I won’t shop here again which is a shame because my previous experience has been good.
