Ordered to have next day delivery but it didn’t show up. Left messages through online chat and rang the main number which went straight through to a mobile number. Left message but never heard back. Luckily my order turned up the following day, so it was fine. But I did pay £9.00 for the privilege of next day delivery. I wasn’t impressed with the non-communication. However, the price for the item was the best I found online or anywhere, so that sort of made up for it!

Great service and a fantastic product.

Ordering with click and collect good, but only problem was finding the pick up address as there was no Company name either on the Business Park notice board and the unit. Two phone calls got me there.

No complaints on deliveries arrived on time. I bought the wrong item and had no hassle in returning either and money was back in my account within a couple of days great service.

I had been let down by a few supplers on this particular item; Geberit Type 10 Dual Flush Button. Plumb2U had the item in stock and delivered in the time they quoted. Very pleased and would use Plumb2U in the first instance going forward.

Superb service from a great outfit. Sadly, their Courier was the most inefficient and utter waste of space who couldn't perform a simple task if their business life depended on it!! However, Plumb2U got on the phone to the Courier and made some waves sufficient for the Courier to send out another driver who a) had more common sense and b) a sufficient grasp of english who sorted the situation. Awesome customer service!

This is a fantastic company ordered here in no time product is fantastic exactly what we ordered and works a treat. If you are not good with electrics buy one with a leaf attached. Cant fault.

Although I didn't pay for Next day delivery the shower I ordered on the Tuesday morning literally arrive on the Wednesday late afternoon. I was very impressed with the quick dispatch and delivery.
