Toilet seat not in stock when ordered, yet money was taken.
Arrived later but plastic fittings were far too big for holes in toilet,plumber had to use his own.

We are so sorry to hear of the bad experience with us but thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Unfortunately at the time of purchasing, upon processing the order, we were made aware that the product was temporarily out of stock.
We dispatched the unit as soon as we received them in from the supplier. The item comes with the fittings supplied by the manufacturer so we are sorry to hear that these did not fit.
Please do accept our apology for the delay on this occasion, we will look to improve our service going forward.

Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Friday, fitted on Saturday, exactly what was needed. The only annoyance was with the design of the shower itself, the existing connectors have to be cut off, you get a replacement with the pump but it means you only have one shot to get it right, you have been warned!

Great service, rapid delivery and faultless customer care. Unfortunately product picture on the web site wasn’t what arrived in the box, we didn’t want to re drill screw holes so was looking for a like for like replacement which is why I have given 3 stars for merchandise.
I contacted the customer care team, had a reply the same day two days later was offered a full refund and a free returns label. Would recommend to friends/family products competitively priced and excellent customer care.

I ordered a replacement Grohe cistern to replace our concealed Grohe cistern that was leaking for the second time in twelve years. I ordered on the Friday lunchtime and the order was processed very speedily. It was delivered next morning by DPD.

Hi purchase an item with no instructions for use, still awaiting one week later, on the point of returning item, not particularly impressed . Can test the item if we don’t know how to use, we need to file instructions for our h&s files.

We have requested this from them, however they are yet to supply this.
