Would not recommend buying from this company. Symbolic service !
Never received the Power shower I ordered and started to receive emails meant for other customers FFS !
However, I did receive a full refund.

I think that if someone who spens over £50 on products should expect them to be sent next day or not far off from a better service then Royal mail eg DPD or DHL and know other online stores around do this. Royal mail tracking is awful generally speaking as standard.
Customer service was OK but feel they should have been more informed on delivery date at early stages. If there were any good deals/prices on Nerrad products I might order again.

In regards to Royal Mail, in our experience we have found them to be one of the more reliable couriers overall for parcels so we are sorry that you have had a bad experience on this occasion.

Excellent price and excellent service, I ordered a Bristan shower about 11.00 on one day and received it within 24 hours. OK I paid £9 for next day delivery but even adding that to the shower price it was still great value, I would use again no problem.

Placed order before 3 pm on a Thursday. Paid for next working day delivery. Therefore, order should have arrived on the Friday. Order did not arrive until the following Monday. Email sent to Plumb2U but person responding did not seem to understand what next working day meant. A request for additional shipping costs to be reimbursed was ignored.

Plumb2U was the cheapest place I could find for a replacement Ariston water heater but I was very pleased when it arrived so quickly. I ordered it late on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday and I fitted it on Tuesday evening.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You only find out how good a company really is, when something goes wrong. I had an issue when the wrong product was supplied. Plumb2u investigated, and replaced the product quickly and efficiently.

Ordering was easy. The order was processed promptly and delivered on time. The delivered item was fine, and is working well, Thank you. I will be very happy to use you again for my plumbing supplies.
The only thing that I noted was that if I wanted to track my order I had to register on your website, I could not do it as a visitor.

My ordered shower arrived all beaten up and had obviously been opened up during transit it arrived all taped up and missing all the riser pieces and showerhead. I contacted customer services who requested pictures that were sent and now they are ignoring my requests for them to replace the unit or sort something else out.

Very pleased with the price. However, I just wish that they had been more transparent with shipping times. My invoice said that the item had been shipped but after further inquire due to the item not arriving I was told that it would take 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days.
