The axe arrived on time, in good condition, and performs as expected -- very well. I do think that the pick design could have used more serrations, but that's a very subjective viewpoint. I like the Rubber Grip, The weight is just right , not to heavy, but heavy enough to have some authority when anchoring..

Item was initially out of stock. It didn't say so when I ordered it. Which is a shame as it was a gift. Had to gove ir late. However the kit is good quality and good value.

Slight delay in being dispatched as were out of stock when ordered however the boots arrived well packaged and as ordered the following week. Have ordered from Tamarack before and would do so again. Used to visit in person when we lived in Lancashire and always good service.

I've ordered from Tamarack Outdoors before and have never been disappointed with their service.

British Army standard issue ‘Grits’ bag is 80 L, this is 110 L. That extra 30 L makes all the difference. The Ortileb is robust, waterproof and has a bomb proof zip. Straps are well thought through, minimalist and clever design. FUSILIER 5RRF.

Tararak emailed me next day about a slight delay shipping out the product. Nice to be kept informed. Product arrived safely in a week anyway. So very pleased with the result and customer service.

A great company, product and customer service. A shame that their chosen delivery service is Royal Mail whose tracking is abysmal and even worse, they managed to send the parcel to the wrong delivery depot which meant the pack I’d ordered arrived after I’d departed on a trip it had been bought for.
