I ordered a replacement Grohe cistern to replace our concealed Grohe cistern that was leaking for the second time in twelve years. I ordered on the Friday lunchtime and the order was processed very speedily. It was delivered next morning by DPD.

They say..order before 3pm and for a premium you
get next day delivery. Not so, it arrived one day later and after 7 in the evening.They did refund the premium payment.

Hi purchase an item with no instructions for use, still awaiting one week later, on the point of returning item, not particularly impressed . Can test the item if we don’t know how to use, we need to file instructions for our h&s files.

We are so sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the product do not provide instructions for use for that unit.
We have requested this from them, however they are yet to supply this.
We totally understand that you need this for your H&S files and are more than happy to accept a return on the item for a full refund.

Great product and good customer support. Delivered as promised next day but to our neighbour. Didn’t know this even though we were in. No note telling us it had been delivered or even where to. Had to ring up to find this out. Good polite people at the end of the phone.Just have a word with the courier company about telling the purchaser where it’s been delivered. ... good otherwise.
