Delivery very prompt but unfortunately the item had been damaged and had items missing from the box. On contacting Plumb2U the response was positive and efficient. The replacement was immediately dispatched and arrived the next day. Excellent service.

However the wall attached shower head was cheap looking. It should have been more in keeping with the stylish shower.

Super helpful customer service, DX is a nightmare shipping company though. We needed this asap and they rang the bell and left before we could come downstairs...always in a rush.
