I had made an error with my original order, the exchange process was made easy by the courteous and efficient staff. The wool quality is second to none, I am delighted with how my project has come together.
I wasn’t sure about ordering wool on line but I would highly recommend. My only negative comment was that not all wool colours have a photo thumbnail on the phone version, if that could be amended to all wools were easy to see.

Beautiful quality combed tops and single ply wool.
The combed tops are natural, not dyed, so there are subtle colour variations, and are perfect for my needle felting projects. Thank you, Jamieson and Smith.
