I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE MERCHANDISE OR CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED IS THAT THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS NO HELP AND NOT VERY PLEASANT. HE DROPPED THE DELIVERY JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR AND TOLD MY WIFE THAT IS ALL HE WOULD DO AS THE DELIVERY HAD ONE MAN ON THE NOTE. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.
VERY HAPPY WITH THE FUTON.

Thank you for the beautiful sofabed and I love it. It is a high quality piece of furntiure. I love the yellow colour. The customer service is excellent and they responded everytime when I say something.
The shipping was unfortunte late but it was not the company fault. I think it was shipped from Denmark and cause delay at the border. I assumed it is the brexit problem.
Would I recommended to their service? Big yes! Great service and superb communication. No about about that.

I found the customer service to be absolutely marvellous. I was in the Cambridge area and wanted my item in time to be able to take it away with me if it could be arranged. The team made special efforts to fulfil my order and I was able to arrange to collect my item in person. This saved me a fair chunk of money for delivery, too, which was a bonus. The staff loaded it into the car for me quickly and efficiently. The staff on the telephone were friendly and had a brilliant “can do” attitude.

Great service from Sit and Sleep, lovely to call and talk to someone who is knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. Sofa bed arrived within a week of ordering , very nice team who delivered and sofs bed is really good quality, sturdy and well made, yet to be slept on but feels good to sit on.

Good follow up on initial questions about product and order was easy to process online. Delivery firm were courteous and helpful.
Cubed sofa is of good quality and has advantage of being 160cm wide bed not standard double.

Everything transpired as promised. No hitches at all. The order and delivery was exactly as promised despite a late purchase. Our visitor has just spent a night on the bed and he slept well with no complaints.

Great service from Sit and Sleep both online and via the phone. Delivery company service shambolic.
Changed delivery day with very little notice from Friday to Saturday then the delivery guys turned up at 21.00hrs on the Friday evening.and had the wrong house number. Not the guys fault but the managers of the delivery company.

The sofa bed looks very modern and attractive. It is comfortable to sit on but have not yet tried it as a bed. The fabric looks good quality and the finish is excellent. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge as always. All the bits were there but the instruction diagram could have been more helpful as you construct it upside down and then turn it over. A great feeling of satisfaction when it was completed.

Thank you for your review. I think we need to raise the subject of the assembly instructions for this model with Innovation Living - they have updated them in recent years and the previous instructions seemed easier to follow. I have this model myself and it isn't necessary to construct it with everything upside down (admittedly my instructions were the old style) but I think, for illustrative purposes, Innovation amended the diagrams and have actually complicated things as it certainly does appear that you need to do that - another customer also gave similar comments as yourself regarding assembly. So we will discuss this on our next review with Innovation. We are glad that once you had got your Cubed assembled you are pleased with the product.

Can't praise this company high enough. I work in customer services and from speaking to them on the phone to delivery, it has been first class. I love my futon and you can tell straight away that is of a very high quality and standard. Well done Sit & Sleep!

The company who delivered the mattress asked when I’d like delivery. We agreed delivery date saturday 23. On Friday 22 received confirmation email with time slot. All seemingly fantastic until I realised on 23 with time slot passing and no contact that email showed delivery date of Sunday 24. It rather defeats the object of agreeing dates with time slots if they are changed without consultation.The delivery on the Sunday at 7am was faultless with text night before and call on the morning.

Thank you very much for your review. Apologies for the issue regarding the delivery. This delivery company is usually excellent with their communications to customers (and have had very positive comments in this regard) so we will have to discuss with them to see what happened on this occasion. We have never previously had a change of delivery day without customer consultation/agreement and of course you should have been contacted regarding any change to the agreed day. Apologies again and thank you for the pleasant nature in communicating this matter to us.
