Brilliant service as always. I expected a delay due to the terrible weather you have been having recently, but you got my order to me in only a few days. Considering you are sending the order from Shetland to the Isle of Wight, off the south coast of the UK, I am always impressed with the speed you get things to me.

Given the current global challenges to shop such gorgeous merchandise half way round the world, promptly and safely is no mean feat!

I needed a small ball to finish off a project and Jamieson & Smith were kindness itself in getting this to me. I remember telephoning them about 35 years ago for an order - long before the internet and online banking - and their service then was brilliant and helpful. Nothing has changed.

Super speedy service. Easy to order on the updated website ( from someone who remembers phoning in an order and being invoiced to pay after delivery by sending a cheque back to Lerwick! ).

I rang up to ask if they had the colours I needed in the batch number I needed. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and put them on one side so that I could place the order over the internet as this would be quicker. The confirmation email said it could take over a week to arrive. Two days later I had my yarn! No better service available from anywhere. The ladies are all extremely helpful and friendly and I look forward to seeing them in person when Shetland Wool Week returns.

I made a mistake on this order and left off one colour. However, I had referred to this colour in the notes and said which dye lot I needed. It would have been great if someone had spotted this and phoned or texted me to query it. Obviously this was my fault but it perhaps could have been picked up. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with your arrive and love buying from you!

I have never had an issue with ordering direct from J&S. I get the colours I want, all in the same dye lot. If there is any hold up, it is at the postal facility in Canada as it waits to be checked by customs. Even that is rare. My orders are always complete and correct. Thank you.
