Used Plumb2U a couple of times now and I'm impressed with the company. No issues at all. A good delivery service and products exactly as described. Will use this company again and would recommend.

The package was well wrapped. When I removed the outer package, the box was damaged and appeared to have been previously opened. The contents appeared to have been used and returned as they were poorly placed in the box and the batteries were loose and not wrapped as would normally be expected.
I ordered the same thermostat a few weeks previously and this was clearly an unused item so I had a direct comparison.
I would not order from this company again if they sell previously used items as new.

Quick, well packaged delivery, though Royal Mail didn’t actually leave it at alternative address but over back gate! Good comms re order status.

The tap was not as described by Bristan. This was in no way the fault of the retailer and they were extremely helpful in trying to resolve the problem.

Great all round, very efficient and straightforward.

I haven’t received this order which was placed on 9th October. I wasn’t informed that it was out of stock and the tracking on the Plumb2u website stated the order had been shipped and was with one of their shipping partners. It wasn’t until I requested a tracking number the following week, that I was informed of the order status and stock wasn’t expected until 24th October. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and this will delay the completion of my bathroom renovation.
