One order placed, two deliveries on separate days!

Goods of high standard and reasonably priced, buying process straight forward.

The shower arrived very quickly, and they we're able to make a quick last minute change when I made a mistake in the order. Would defentily recommend and would use again.

Ordered an Aqualisa Aquavalve, paid for next day delivery. Didnt turn up two days later so contacted the company,given a tracking numnber to track it myself. They use Amazon Logistics who dont have any way of contacting them, tried Amazon only to be told it wasnt ordered through them so please contact the seller.
Emailed the seller twice, took two days to answer only to be told it had been delivered which it certainly hadnt, eventually a week later I received a refund, complete waste of time.

First class delivery and product - will use Plumb2U more often now I've found them.

Paid £9 for next working day delivery, ordered on July 8th and had to chase up via e-mail as no open phone lines for customer service, finally recieved the goods on 14th July.

Excellent service.

Expensive but good product. Strong spray which is what I was looking for. This is the second time I’ve brought this product as unfortunately I used Viakal on the last one and the plastic nozzles disintegrated. Won’t make that mistake again.

Shower has arrived faulty and emails not being answered to return and a replacement sent!
