We purchased Grohe Blue filters for our boiling tap. Plumb2U were the best price and the order was pretty straight forward. They arrived with the product in good condition but the packaging should have been a little more robust. The plastic bag was split top and bottom, probably says more about Royal Mail than Plumb2U though.

Delivery took 9 days from ordering... and only because I chased it. No email, text or card through the door to say they had attempted delivery.. and when the shower did arrive the box was open, but luckily all the parts seemed to be there. I appreciate this is not necessarily a Plumb2u issue directly, but you should be aware that DX is not a great courier to be using.. at least on this occasion.
The shower itself is ok... time will tell.

I had not received my item as predicted on the 16th Nov, I sent an email the day after and its not the 18th and I have an email, informing me that the item has now been dispatched.
I'm hoping it to be here by the next day, fingers crossed.
