Paid for next day delivery but product never arrived. Contacted company and money refunded within hours I believe the courier was to blame and despite this experience would use the company again.

I`ve only rated shipping with a 2 star due to item being delivered in its display box and this is definitely not suitable for dispatching a quality item like a Grohe Mixer Shower Unit. Box is for display only and should have been placed into stronger box for delivery.Hopefully shower isn't damaged but will not know as installation not taking place till mid November! Product looks good quality as you would hope with Grohe.

The Midas shower arrived the morning after I ordered it, even though I didn't pay extra for next day delivery.Unfortunately the shower hose was damaged and Plumb2u responded immediately to my emails. I was very impressed with their customer service team.

I ordered and paid for two Aqualisa showers.
One shower was delivered very quickly. However the second shower was not delivered and there was no correspondence from Plumb2U about it.
Having chased them, I was informed the second shower hadn't been sent because it wasn't in stock - yet it was still being advertised for sale.
I therefore requested a refund to which I received an out of office auto response.
Having chased for a third time I received my refund.
A frustrating experience.
