Ever so slightly slower than other shippers but WAY better prices.

The item arrived quickly but unfortunately had a manufacturing fault so had to be returned. Plumb2U is dealing with it OK but I haven't yet got the replacement item. Shame Plumb2U to you didn't inspect what they send out as they would have spotted it.

Yet to be fitted but the process so far has been fantastic - would definitely recommend - many thanks.

I chose PLUMB 2U as I was let down by another supplier. I waited 3 weeks for the same shower unit from the other supplier, which in the end I had to cancel. I found the shower on PLUMB 2U on a Thursday evening and it was delivered on the following Monday. My plumber who had been waiting to install it and was moving house the following week came straight round and fitted it! We’ve now had the shower for four days and it’s been great!
