Good email confirmation of when the order would be delivered. Items all as ordered and left just outside door. Reasonabl prices and quality products.

Soil was good quality however I did send an email regarding other items associated with this delivery (ballast) x4 bags was split and had emptied onto my white decorative stones on the front. An email was sent with no response. The bags was due to badly packaged/ pallets broken not secured.
As a regular customer, this was the first bad service I had received, I was highly disappointed that no there was no correspondence to my email,

My delivery was delayed and rescheduled twice due to the local roads being resurfaced. The problems were not caused by Joseph Parr but they kept me informed at all times.

All delivered on time and in good condition.

My delivery was left outside my garden in the street, delivery driver didnt knock to tell us that he had left it or was even delivered. I arrived home at 4 to find it on tge street.

Service could nit have been better, from start to finish. The trees themselves are if the highest quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good delivery times , bit disappointed with amount of damaged bricks what had been sent on a pallett as over 50% were unusable.
