The overall service of ordering and delivery was excellent. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 star rating for the merchandise is because we added the extra layer inside the futon and this resulted in a lumpy look rather than the one in the picture which I was expecting.
I know this was our choice to have the extra layer but I would have not had it if I had been aware of the overall look it gave. Perhaps a mention in with the information provided would be helpful to others.

Thanks ever so much for your lovely review. The example of the Traditional in the images on our website also has the extra polyester layer and it shouldn't affect the overall apperance. Perhaps you could send us an image on e-mail and we can take a look and comment further from there.

Delivery was spot on time and the package extremely well packed. My email and phone contact with the workshop was friendly and informative.

All great except I was unable to assemble the cube bed myself and it took my neighbour, a qualified engineer, one hour. The washers were missing, he supplied them.

Sit and Sleep customer service is exceptional. Talked us thru many items before we made a decision. Once we were advised of delivery it all went smoothly.
Our settee was delivered in five boxes; some were heavy. And delivery was only to the doorstep. If i had been on my own i would not have been able to slide/drag two of the boxes to my room. Just a warning. But this probably was only due to Covid restrictions.

Really good responsive company. I ordered many samples and they all came promptly. Once ordered the sofa came quickly and delivery was very smooth.

My initial enquiry was dealt with in a very friendly manner and confirmation of my order was received promptly. The delivery was made on time by a very helpful and cheerful driver. .My son in law assembled the sofa bed without too much difficulty and we are very pleased with it.

The staff at SitandSleep were incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone and made ordering from them a pleasure. The product is fantastic and it is very reassuring that all individual parts and covers can be replaced individually should something go wrong down the line. The only reason they do not get full 5 stars was due to ah honest delivery error by the currier company that meant the items were not delivered on time. Will definately use them again!

Mattress thick and high quality. Easy to connect the two parts. Glad I paid extra for the wood staining as I wouldn’t have achieved this finish!
Delivery company are impressive- Email explaining delivery and phone call when they were ready to deliver, plus a call from the driver to say he was on his way. Very friendly and reassuring.

I bought two Avant sofa beds and had a couple of queries first. Sit and Sleep were easy to contact and very helpful. The delivery was to a remote area (Far North of Scotland) and the company they used was excellent, a very personal service and very efficient.

The futon arrived in great condition with easy instructions to assemble.
Unfortunately I was missing one part, but got a swift response and received the part the following day.
I understand the strange delivery schedule due to COVID, and as good at communicating as the delivery partners are, their instructions for delivery are quite cryptic.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the futon and it looks great and is extremely sturdy and good value.

Couldn't be happier with our futon mattress. It was exactly what we wanted and is decidedly comfortable.
Everything about the entire purchase - from initial phone enquiry through to delivery was great.
The only minor thing was the way it had been packed in the bag, made it look like it was going to be too small, for our sofa.
However , we needen't have worried - it was a perfect fit

The delivery guys were very good. They'd had a long day, ending with us in West Wales, and had a long drive home. Nevertheless, they were notably friendly and helpful - good ambassadors for their employer!
