Perfect product and service as usual!

I absolutely love the WYS croft Shetland tweed, it is a quality material and a joy to work with. Delivery was fast, although Royal Mail had hidden the package in my garden and not notified me. When I contacted customer service they tracked its location straight away and replied to me really quickly. Highly recommend!

I have been a knitter for well over 50 years and I love the quality of the Jamison and smith yarn, I have used their yarns for color work, cable sweaters, and fine lace work and have never been disappointed with the quality! The cones are a great value choice if need a large quantity of one color.

The parcel was thrown over the gate & split. Not sure if it was delivered by royal mail or other courier. The wool is lovely & the pattern is easy to follow.

This project is my first Fair Isle It is great to have the beautiful colors already selected. The pattern s straight forward but I am getting additional advice from Jamieson & Smith’s videos. My order came pretty quickly given it had to get to the high desert of eastern Oregon, USA from Scotland.

I ordered 2 kits - one Fair Isle cap and a lace scarf. The yarns for each kit were wrapped against moisture and the heavy paper patterns were carefully laid between cardboard so they arrived in pristine shape. I truly appreciate the care taken in packing my items. The package arrived from Shetland to Michigan, USA, within 10 days of ordering. This is not my first order from J & S and all my orders have been as well-packed and as quickly dispatched. Great job!

Les livres sont magnifiquement illustrés ,un vrai hommage à la tradition du fairisle.
J'ai même regretté de ne pas choisir 2 autres ouvrages qui ont l'air tout autant intéressants.
Le seul bémol sont les taxes (hors communauté européenne) comme il est précisé dans les CGV, elles représentent environ 25% du paiement global (frais de port compris).
Malgré tout, pour les achats des livres, cela reste très intéressants de commander chez Jamieson and Smith. Encore merci.
