This is the second drawer I've purchased, and both are superb quality, perfect fit easy ish to install, very happy and impressed.

I have bought from drawerboxes several times now and my experience has always been the same, very positive. When submitting my last order I provided an internal width measurement that fell between 2 standard sizes, rather than just assuming the size, the team at drawerboxes contacted me to clarify before processing my order, they were very helpful, I then received my order quickly, it was very securely packaged to avoid any damage, just adds to the overall quality of the service and product.

Staff were very helpful when I was working out sizings.

It isn't cheap, but it's made to measure and very easy to install
It arrived in two weeks. It is soft-closed, well-made, and does the job very well. Recommend.

Fantastic product everything perfect.

Very efficient and customer service was very good .The only annoying aspect was that I requested instructions to be sent by email .This did not happen and I had to use my builder to carry out the work of installing the items.

Our kitchen is 35 years old. It has served us well but one of the drawers failed recently so we needed a replacement. The one you supplied is doing an excellent job and puts the remaining old ones to shame. If/when they fail I will definitely back to you for replacement(s).

Superb from start to finish! From placing the order to the call I received checking some of the details to the quick delivery. The construction videos on their website were clear, easy to follow and all that was needed to build and install the drawers. The quality of the drawers is outstanding. The solid base makes for a much better drawer than in fitted kitchens I’ve had before. They all run smoothly and feel solid and secure. Very good quality. Thank you!

An excellent product which arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
When I received an email telling me that the plinth pod was ready I was able to call to request that delivery should be delayed until after our return from holiday which happened without any problem.

Delivery was prompt and the drawer quality is excellent, I have bought a couple of different drawers before of the same type and this one is even better. I had to contact customer services for an error I had made with my order and it was sorted straight away, they were very good about it and great to speak to.
